23. WHY would anyone not put their license plates on their car? If it's new and the plates are available yet, then there's always the window sticker from the dealer.. so he obviously didn't have that either -if the car is new-

26. People with REALLY sweet expensive cars do not like to put ugly plates on them. I listen to Adam Corolla in the mornings, and he says he is ALWAYS getting pulled over for this reason, but he says he would rather pay the ticket, then put plates on his car. Strange, I know.
