31. I don't mind a little chubby it's getting a Hernia or having a Heart Attack or Asthma Attack that worries me the most. After Surgery for Cataracts I am not suppose to lift anything or anyone that is heavy.

34. It's not Kirstie that is disgusting; it's all of you!!! We should be grateful that it isn't us that is having our photos plastered all over the internet for the world to laugh at and make fun of. I pray that I, nor any of you ,ever know what it feels like to be that large. But I also pray that all of you will at least learn some compassion for people that are not perfect. Do NONE of you need to lose any weight? Do NONE of you have any loved ones that need to lose weight? Do NONE of you have anything about you that isn't perfect? Do NONE of you have anything about yourself that you would like to change? Do NONE of you have any problems that you don't know how to handle? Are you ALL so perfect that you feel justified in bashing someone just because they are overweight? You make me ashamed of the human race! And as for those making the remarks about Kirstie's hair color, why do you feel the need to find even more to criticize her about? Are you all so insecure with your own looks (and size) that you have to bash someone else just to help you feel better about yourself? I will also add that that most of you need to learn not only compassion, but also grammar and spelling. And grow up.

I wonder if it ever occured to TMZ that these people have aged over 20, 30, 40 years and there is some weight gain that usually comes with age (unless, I guess, if you perpetually and obsessively anorexic). And that after a certain age, it's a little harder to get off than before. And, I guess by looking at some of the not so much older folks shown (i.e Raven and Corey) there must be a certain amout of weight gain that just comes with stardom. Or maybe it's just their body type. No, I guess not because in the world of Hollywood, everyone should stay forever young and skinny!!!

44. Kirsty is obviously going through a very low point in her life. I can tell you this, - the gastric bypass is NOT a magic bullett. I work at a hospital which performs many of them and we have a weight center which provides support after the surgery. If you go back to your old eating habits (i.e. hand to mouth disease) you are going to "bypass the bypass" and gain the weight back. I've seen it happen to not one, but MANY people. If you can change your lifestyle, the gastric bypass is a quiick start, BUT again, it's not magic. There still has to be a concerted effort to keep the weight off.

KIRSTY: Chin up! You're a beautiful woman (but DO get rid of the blonde hair). The dark hair enhances your beauty. Diet when you can, lose weight when you can, but love yourself and be happy.

45. Leave Kirstie alone inconsiderate people! Anyone who has delt with addiction can understand whether it is food, alcohol , drugs or whatever, it is an illness and hard to quit. Do you really believe people who are overweight want to be? Have some compassion America. He who is without faults can cast the first stone. Those who make rude comments are just hiding their own faults and want to turn eyes the other direction.
