Lily Tomlin: Bushwhacker

31. I had the grave misfortune of working with Lily on Murphy Brown, and I can honestly say, she is one of the most sadistic, bullying people in Hollywood. The woman writing in claiming to be a friend of Lily is probably Lily herself. Just listen to the Huckabee video on TMZ. She is cursing like a maniac when she doesn't get her way. Not only does she scream at the director, but she tells Dustin Hoffman to go f----- himself, another actress to f------ herself, and at one point she threatens violence. She says, "I'll tear up this whole set." If she doesn't get her way she wants to destroy property. If she did nothing wrong - why were the cops called? You can't just cut down trees on other people's property.

32. If Lily wants the trees cut, there's a reason. She didn't get to be one of the most famous comedians in the world, nor one of the most successful television actresses in the world, by being stupid. She just acts that way for a living, and does it really, really well. Chances are, the trees were diseased, dropping crap all over the place, endangering a building by being a fall-over hazard, or about to be replaced by much nicer trees. Give a successful woman like Lily the benefit of the doubt, you cynical bunch of a holes.

33. To say that if she wants the trees cut, there must be a reason - is one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever heard! Tomlin is stupid- she doesn't have a college degree, and if you listen to her speak - you hear that she is stupid and uneducated. And unlike you, Kent, - I've worked with her. Her partner - Jane Wagner is the brains of the operation. If there were no Jane Wagner, there would be no Tomlin. The cops were called for a reason - she violated the law by having the trees cut! Tomlin has a history of crazy behavior, and this is one more example.
