Nick Hogan is Egg McScrewed

46. It's amazing how people can defend Nick, saying he shouldn't be locked up. He's a 17 year old kid, who got behind he wheel of a car knowing he drank alcohol that his daddy bought for him, and still made the decision to drive. How dare he, or anyone else for that matter, try to lay the blame on John Graziano for any of this! If the situation was reversed and Nick was the one in the hospital in a coma, with no chance of ever getting out of bed again, the Hogans would be suing the Grazianos for everyting they've got. But it's not that way, and just because his dadddy is famous, Nick thinks he should get a free pass through this and through life. Nick, and his parents, are getting everything they deserve, but it isn't, and will never be, enough. At least Nick gets to leave jail, ask the Grazianos how they feel having to leave their son in the hospital everyday, and never getting to hear him say hello or goodbye.

47. I AGREE WITH #19, HE IS A KID, JOHN WAS THE ADULT (MARINE) RIGHT? A MARINE WITH JUST AS MUCH OF A BRAIN AS NICK. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT FOLKS! JOHN GOT IN THE CAR, DID NOT PUT ON HIS SEAT BELT, AND THEY CRASHED. NEITHER ONE OF THEM INTENDED FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. WHAT ABOUT THE KID THEY WERE RACING, HE WAS THEIR FRIEND TOO, WHY IS HE NOT IN JAIL? WHY, BECAUSE HE WON THE RACE WITHOUT INJURIES? HE SHOULD BE RIGHT BESIDE NICK!!!! OWN UP TOO SON!

50. Is John on true life support?? Meaning breathing tubes ect. I'm honestly asking because I don't know. I know he is in a semi-conscious, vegetative state but that doesn't always mean full life support. Just wondering.

52. Man I do NOT get people who feel that it's Johns fault even though it was NICK who BROKE ALL THE LAWS... I mean come on. What would be the arguement if he'd hit a pedestrian or another car? Or rather what WILL it be when he does because obviously he's not learned a thing from this incident and it's "ALL JOHNS FAULT" .. so why should he change what he was doing before the accident... next time his passenger better wear a seatbelt when Nick is drag racing drunk... 57. Everybody keeps offering up the excuse of his age. There are plenty of children in this country doing adult crimes, younger than this guy, why? Because they fully understand the consequences of their actions. Plain and simple, he is at fault.

You know, my loving mother had the good graces to teach me that if I had hurt a friend like that, she would personally beat my ass, on top of that she wouldn't cry for me if I had to go to prison to pay for a crime like driving drunk and leaving my friends brain all over the road, she would as me how I could be so brainless, on top of that she would beat Nick's mama's ass for being so selfish as to say my friends mom didn't care about him, that poor mother has to live the rest of her life in prison too.

60. I just was watching Nancy Grace on CNN. That lawyer representing Nick (Bollea) Hogan is pathetic! What a dweeb! That family should be ashamed of themselves. Conducting money deals from jail while a young man is in a hospital with a serious brain injury unable to function! Blaming the victim and smearing his reputation, when in fact Nick Bollea was the irresponsible person for this horrific accident. That family is all about themselves. I believe what goes around, comes around.
There is NO moral compass here!
