The L.A. City Attorney has charged Dennis Farina with three misdemeanors as a result of his arrest last month. 
Farina was popped at LAX on May 11 after trying to get through security with a loaded gun .22 caliber, semi-automatic pistol.
If convicted on all three, he could get a maximum of 2.5 years in jail and be fined up to $3,000.
16. He will most likely plea to one and get probation and fine.

17. I was in LA when all this went down. On Monday morning me and my sister went to a MCDonalds in Glendale, CA and this guy was sitting there with a female looking lawyer with "official" papers layed out in front of them. He walked up to the front counter right in front of me and I said is that you??? He just smiled and shook his head YES and looked down to the floor like he was so ashamed!
He looked like he was beat up and he had puffy eyes too!

18. The simple truth is we should all be carrying. Take away guns from LAPD, and see how long they want to be LAPD! Yet us average Joe's just cant be trusted. Still, forgetting having a pistol on you is pretty stupid. Hey I would have remembered, but then I'm not an ex CHICAGO cop (DUNDERHEAD!)
