Sex Pistol Accused of Firing Fist at Woman's Face

According to a lawsuit filed moments ago in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Sex Pistol singer allegedly beat the crap out of a female assistant and called her every horrible name in the book after the taping of a television show in 2007.

In the lawsuit, Roxane Davis claims Rotten, real name John Lydon, "cocked back his fist ... and punched her in the face" when the rocker was forced to stay in a room at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel that didn't share a door with his other assistant ... a dude named Rambo.

Davis says both Rotten and Rambo unleashed a verbal tirade, calling her a "fat f**king c*nt, f**king c*nt, and fat f**king whore."

Davis, who was an employee of the show Rotten was working on, says she reported the incident to her supervisor, "but the complaints fell on deaf ears."

But get this -- Davis admits the company did give her one warning about Rotten: "Under no circumstances was anyone to touch Rotten's hair."

So far, TMZ has been unable to contact Rotten for comment.

33. A. All Brits cuss rudely. John's Irish. That makes it twice as bad.
B. All Brits call women (and even other men) fat even if they're not. It's just another one of their charming ways.
C. Johnny is married to some really old, foreign (even to him) bag. He's in no position to say much to anyone.
D. If the victim didn't file a crimminal complaint when the punch-up supposedly took place, sorry. She's either really stupid or a liar. She loses. Sod off.

35. My brother was actually on this show and this incident happened two days into filming. We all knew about it, we heard the woman involved was sexually harassed and then fired for complaining about it. We were not allowed to say anything. I have a past admiration for Mr. Lydon but he was severely nasty to my brother and his band mates. Bodog as a corporation were almost criminal in the way they treated the young men on this show and deserve to be dragged into court. Tell me Bodog have you paid Fear Nothing or Fall From Grace one penny yet?
