One day, they will be old enough to understand why mommy isn't with them all the time, like other mommies are. I really don't expect her to have anything more than supervised visitation with them, for years to come.
At the most recent hearing, the court ruled that she still is not ready to participate in her own legal, financial and personal affairs. If she is unable to do that, how can she be trusted to be responsible for toddler children on her own?
The next hearing is July 31st. I believe that the conservatorship will be extended at that time or made permanent.
