151. What's sad is if you dress like a man don't expect to be treated as a woman. The victim says that they should have asked for ID but what if she was really a man with a fake ID that said Female instead of male? Anyways the security were doing their job because if he was a man with bad intentions and they would have left him, who knows what harm could have happened to the lady/ladies in the bathroom....sheeesh Gloria and the victim only see $ signs, they don't care about anything else.

154. I agree that the BH Hotel security should have handled the situation with a bit more professionalism...that being said.....he/she looks like a dude. If you want to dress like a guy then that certainly is your right to do so...but don't expect everyone to know you're a woman if you are doing everything in your power to cover up that fact. Don't cry discrimation if you clearly dress like the opposite sex and do your best to look like the opposit sex. Those xray vision glasses don't exist ya know...get a life

She remodels her clients alla Ambre Fry, Kellie Fisher (Dodi's left love), Rob Lowes nanny, and now this, train wreck. If this clown doesn't want to be mistaken for a guy, then he/she should stop portraying one. And Gloria is starting to look like the Jerry Springer of lawyers. Gloria Allred needs to get a life!!!! If I was in the restroom and that lady walked in I would not only contact security, I would be worried about my safety. That Hotel definately did the right thing. If she has a problem with their actions, then maybe she needs to dress a little more like a woman, and less like a thug!!!

161. Damn . . . where do you people live? In caves? I don't k now about the rest of the country, but in LA you sometimes cannot tell the gender of a person due to the wardrobe. It is understandable if a woman would be upset that this lady was in the restroom because she's very convincing as a man. But, if there was ANY question regarding security, the situation could have been handled diplomatically. Security in a Beverly Hills hotel should at least behave with some decorum. I posted a comment yesterday about how vicious and close minded everyone was, but I guess it's like a salmon swimming upstream. I'll never convince people that mean comments aren't really funny -- just embarrassing. There are tragic and malicious people everywhere and I guess I have to forgive and forget the comments. Better yet, stop reading them.

By the way, it was reported this morning on KTLA that all SHE wants is an apology -- no money. I know, hard to believe, huh?

Not hard to believe, IMPOSSIBLE to believe. You would have to have the naivete of a 5-year-old to believe Allred would spend time on this matter and not seek a monetary recovery. She has never been known for her pro bono largess. If the Hotel is STUPID enough to acquiesce to her media-sanctioned bullying, Allred will simply insist that any monetary exchange not be disclosed, but there is NO WAY she is not seeking a cash payment from the corporation.

164. Bunnie, you and your 16 attorney's are obviously MORONS!!!! The issue here is not that she looks like a man. Hell even she admits that. The issue is that once she identified herself as a woman, that should have been the end of it! Last time I looked there are only TWO kinds of restrooms at the Beverly Hills Hotel: "Women and Men". So until they install a Unisex bathroom, like many PROGRESSIVE establishments around the country, then they need to respect their OWN limitations! And be prepared to suffer the consequences when their goons trample upon the rights of law-abiding citizens. I hope she takes them for a bundle. And I happen to have 3 prominent attorney's in my family and they all state that she has an iron-clad case. She did nothing wrong. She was a woman using a women's bathroom.So take that!

If she wants to dress as a man, and sound like a man, then she ought not be stunned to be treated as a man.

After all, I suspect she would be the first to complain like crazy if she was in the rest room and a guy DID walk in. How were security to know she was female. She disguises the fact so well.

I have to say I was confused when I watched the video at first - as to why her "husband" was reading the statement for her. It was only afterwards that I realised what was going on.
