258. That sad excuse for a human being should not be allowed to make money off of almost killing his friend. Him and his trashy family should all disappear.

260. Gas went up $7 a barrel today due to the fact a Morgan Stanley analyst predicted a barrel will cost 150 bucks by Fourth of July, driving the price up.

I say let Nick out of jail, put this Morgan Stanley clown in the passenger seat with no seat belt, and let Nick race away!!!!!!!!

261. If at anytime the Hogans had stood up and Terry and Linda had said, 'our son is responsible for this tragic accident. We know that there were times we should have been stricter with him about racing and drinking, but we failed to act responsibly and we are truly sorry to Nick for failing him and teaching him that he could drive irresponsibly, and especially to John and the Graziano family. John didn't deserve such a horrible outcome and we are sincerely sorry that the actions of our family have resulted in his lifelong impairment. We are willing to step up and pay all medical bills and will do what we can to help the family in the midst of this tragedy. We know no amount of money can make John whole, but we will do what is necessary to help his family. In addition, we have taken away Nick's cars, and we will no longer support his illegal racing. He will be getting a job to help pay for John's medical bills and he will work with law enforcement and youth groups to highlight the tragedies of racing and drinking..

Whoever wrote that, I agree 100%. It's the conduct of the Bolleas AFTER the tragedy that incensed me most.

And all the rape comments are disgusting and inappropriate. I am appalled that TMZ would encourage those comments by titling the page "don't drop the soap". Nick is a ton of bad things I'm sure, but NO ONE deserves rape. Ever.

262. I heard on the news Hulk and sunny boy talking about making reality series about his life after the jail time. How he's done his time and how he handles the world now. Bunch of BULLS*IT! Making money of his friends misfortune. I hope you die in prison, kid. You are worthless.

263. Don't worry, Lucy -- you think Nicky-poo is not going to violate probation and be sent to the BIG House?

264. Isn't there some kind of law that says you can't profit from a crime you have committed? Would it apply to this "life after jail" reality series

265. To #208, funny how you talk about the correct facts 'n such from this web site, but I see you're taking the time to read and post. Not too busy today, or what's up? Go suck on your Dabone! If you can't handle what you're reading try Disney.com. Meanwhile I'll take TMZ version of the facts 'cause I choose to. As Michael Jackson once sang "Beat It"!

266. I watched the Hogan's reality show and the thing that bothered me was the "strange" relationship Hulk seems to have with his daughter. In pictures, usually Brooke and Hulk are side-by-side and Linda on the end from Nick. I saw a picture not long ago of Hulk rubbing sun tan oil on the back of Brooke's legs.....give me a break! Also, in a picture I saw last night on Nancy Grace, Brooke is lovingly looking up at "dad" and hanging on his every word.....not as a daughter would look at her father....I don't really know how to explain the look. It just didn't seem right. It just seems as though they both have some rather "strange" attachment to one another (from all appearances sake)......

268. 182. " ... solitary confinement, by the way, is usually reserved for inmates who have serverly misbehaved while incarcerated and is considered a severe punishment ..."

Solitary confinement is also commonly used to segregate a prisoner from the rest of the population if it is believed that they are a danger to that prisoner, or if there is some other compelling reason to keep the prisoner apart from the rest.

In other words, there is nothing unusual about putting Nick in solitary, even though he hasn't severely misbehaved.

We can argue whether Pinellas County used good judgment in assuming that Nick would be endangered in the first place, or whether they should have imprisoned him as an adult after having tried him as an adult ... and those are valid questions to debate.

I'm just making the point that solitary confinement has more uses than to simply keep an egregious criminal apart from the general prison population.

269. 194. ... The main guy who runs this site is a jealous person. I heard him on the radio months ago and his whole thing is for this site and the show is to make celebrities look bad. If a lot of you people look to this site for the real news, you are stupid.

Hear hear! The guy running TMZ is named Harvey Levin, and he is truly a sorry excuse for a human being. He is petty, immature, vengeful, and filled with hate and rage.

270. 214. ... I find it very hard to beleive that even TMZ would be irresponsible enough to post a "don't drop the soap" headline when refering to an underage person. ...

Sadly, I don't find it hard to believe. On many occassions, TMZ has stooped much lower than even this. TMZ is run by a small-minded, hate-filled, jealous, petty person named Harvey Levin whose mission in life is to seek vengeance against all the people he envies ... and that's a _lot_ of people.

It's one thing to seek out juicy stories about celebrities and to gossip about them. It's quite another thing to engage in systematic character assassination on a regular basis, for no other reason than to express seething inner hatred.
