Sure, Britney Spears is making some progress with her kids -- but she's gotta lose that damn cell phone.
As TMZ first reported, the pre-5150 Britney often ignored Sean Preston and Jayden James during her visits with them. Yesterday was better -- she's giving S.P. and J.J. some face time, but Spears still spent more hands-on time text messaging than touching her boo boos.

Kevin just sends his mother and nanny to the zoo with his brood! He is too busy playing golf. 55. Hmmm. Since the reporter got arrested for stalking JamieLynn, they went to the other Spears to get their jollies and nasty fix. Any mother OR dad that hasn't been on the phone, in the bathroom, on the computer, reading when they had the kids speak up. Thought so. Find something really out of normal range and report. 57. Ok, all you twits that see your kids on a limted visitation basis, NO MORE PHONES. Sit and gaze at the kids. Just watch. For however long the visit is. Go to the park ,movies, etc., but no contact with the outside world while the kids are there. Sit. And watch. Only tmz said she was on the phone all the time.
