Lets Get This Party Started
Moving Mole Could Get R. Kelly Off

So this is what it's come down to with R. Kelly: Is there really a mole on his back, or did it magically appear on his alleged kiddie-porn tape?

Yesterday, Kelly's defense team showed jurors that the supposedly implicating mark could just be fuzz on the tape, and not an actual dermatologic deformity. Also, an expert demonstrated the tape could easily be doctored – he decided to make the man and the woman headless, which the Chicago Tribune described as "Washington Irving" characters.

No Altar-ed Reality for Rosie

Unlike Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi or Sulu (see below), Rosie O'Donnell says she won't get hitched until gays can marry everywhere – including New York, where she lives.

Ro says that she is going to "wait until it's legal everywhere, because otherwise, I said to Kelli, we'll be going around touring the country on the marriage tour every state by state." (What that means, exactly, is unclear.) She's going to hold off until it's a federal law.

No word on whether she would do the deed in, say, Mississippi.

Gotti Whacked Over Inability to Write

Ex-Mob moll Victoria Gotti was supposed to write her memoirs – and pocketed $70K from HarperCollins for the task.

But she never wrote the book, and now the publisher wants its cash back, and is suing her for the non-delivery. In the lawsuit, HarperCollins says the book was due back in 2005, but they never got the stuff, and they say Gotti ended the deal last September.

Of course, the money wasn't returned – and her lit agent says she'll return it when she gets another deal.

Party Favors: Sulu Beamed Up by Chekov for Wedding! ... Eastwood Tells Spike Where to Shove It ... James Cruz Brings Out the Heavies

Super gaysian George Takei will marry Brad Altman on September 14 at the Japanese National Museum in L.A. The best part? Chekov (Walter Koenig) will be the best man, and Nichelle Nichols – yep, Uhura – will be matron of honor! ... Clint Eastwood brushes off Spike Lee in a sit-down with the Guardian, growling that Spike's criticism of his WWII films is nonsense: "A guy like him should shut his face." ... A slew of industry heavyweights were out in full force at Marquee in NYC last night to celebrate SRC Marketing head James Cruz's birthday -- Busta Rhymes, Cassie, Sean Combs, DJ Cassidy, to name a few.

20. Yea, maybe Ms. Gotti could get anotha' deal and den' returns the money....OR....maybe she could just pull some funds from her blood money account from a thieven' crooked ass murderin family clan with a long history of takin' what was never there's. And who in the hell cares about her memoirs. It's ridiculous that they ever put her and her rotten ass kids on TV to begin with, I say count your loss bimbo for ever givin' a Gottti yer money. If your that freakin' dumb - let it be a lesson tos' ya!

21. I wish George a beautiful wedding and a happy marriage. I'm glad that his old friends, Walter and Nichelle will be there to celebrate with him.

I never watched the Sopranos either. People told me it was great but I could never see the point of watching a television show about the people I grew up with. I hated them then and I haven't changed my mind. Somebody should give that ugly b*tch a pair of cement overshoes.

22. Really Rosie? Interesting new stance since you and Kelli flew to - and made a scene- when Mayor Gavin Newsome allowed marriage in San Francisco a few years ago. It was good then but not now? Liking yourself to Brangelina? Or just can't help but take the opposite side on anything.

23. #12 a break needed here.......I am fascinated by the mafia. As awful as they were, and I do not accept anything they did, I just find it very fascinating. I will read Victoria's book if it ever gets written, but I will read it with a grain of salt knowing how she likes to exaggerate. No matter how you feel, it is a shame you didn't watch The Sopranos. It was an outstanding series.

Victoria really does need to let those boys cut the apron strings and become socialized. I think the youngest was the only one who took education seriously. And John, the oldest, wanted to go away to college but mommy wouldn't let him. I can't imagine what they will be like in 10-15 years. What kind of husbands will they be?

I was disappointed there was never any closure to that series. Did John go to college? Did Victoria sell the house? Did that old queen living with her hang on forever or get the hell out? I liked the series even tho it made me NUTS!!

#13 Nicole Hogan........................now just HOW do you know that?

24. #$17 lulu.........now how do you know she is "cheap and crooked like her father"? I remember watching an episode where one of the boys wanted a fur jacket (can't remember the animal but it WAS gorgeous and very expensive),m and she ended up buying ALL of the boys the same jacket. She did get a deal on them but, at those prices, who cares.

#21 antonia...........it is Victoria Gotti, not Kim Gotti.

I just wish someone would sneak into her room in the middle of the night and cut her hair. It looks awful.

25. heh heh, I must say, all the posts about the Gotti ho are dead on today - media whoring tramp, that lies about her father. The tapes of what she and her father said to each other in prison and the things that egomanical murderer said to her kids was enough to meke my skin crawl. They are all the most useless family, total waste of skin and oxygen.

So, for any potential publishers out there, I, too, would boycott anything she wrote and I would not trust her to write, anyway, unless there was a ghostwrite under contract. I am not sure she can even write complete sentences. Not a sharp pencil in any box.

Nice to know that John Gotti is rotting he hell now. At least justice was served to him.
