At least she wasn't pushing the stroller into oncoming traffic.

Can that poor child breathe under all those blankets. The heat index is like 100 and she has that child in a very hot stroller covered in blankets. She is wearing shorts, doesn't she realize that the baby is going to be hot as well. Possible dehydration could occur in a matter of minutes. Good rule of thumb, if mommy is thirsty baby probably is too. Same goes for the temperature. Baby 101
