Nicole Richie took baby Harlow and a fresh cup of hot Starbucks out for a stroll yesterday.
At least she wasn't pushing the stroller into oncoming traffic.

14. So nice to see her doing well. All these people complaining about boring news, you guys are the reason these celebs are all trainwrecks; you make them think the only way to get attention is by acting dangerously.
I think it's GREAT to see her being a good mom and looking healthy and happy.

15. Can that poor child breathe under all those blankets. The heat index is like 100 and she has that child in a very hot stroller covered in blankets. She is wearing shorts, doesn't she realize that the baby is going to be hot as well. Possible dehydration could occur in a matter of minutes. Good rule of thumb, if mommy is thirsty baby probably is too. Same goes for the temperature. Baby 101
