16. How many people have died from smoking pot? NoT One Single Person Have I ever heard of has ever died from smoking marijuana. Even the experts say you can NOT overdose on marijuana. And How many have died from driving drunk , running in to innocent people and killing children, or drinking themselves to death? Oh....and recent studies have shown that marijuana does NOT cause cancer.....read up on it.

23. Marijuana is not a narcotic. A "narcotic" is either in the family of opium derivatives or is one of the synthetic-narcotics. THC is not either of these. Despite this, It is considered a narcotic under California law (but not federal law). Such BS......

Are you kidding me? You've probably met so many "drug users" and didn't even realize it. Drunks, junkies, and whores are bigger threats to our society than a stoner who sits on his happy ass all day. To be honest I've never seen a violent, angry hippie with a criminal record. Granted that many users of more hardcore drugs may also smoke pot, but doesn't mean that you can classify a whole group of people under one category. Educate yourself. You're completely ignorant.

28. Pot will never be legal because potheads are too lazy/paranoid to go out and vote to make it legal.

Weed is for minorities and losers and I've smoked a LOT of weed over the years which gives me the right to make this observation. Besides, it's illegal... look how people with money get their lives ruined over that shiz.

OK, I drink a glass of red wine instead. Yeah, I wish it was pot but I don't have cops breaking down my door or putting me into a cage either. Plus I ain't got no smoker's hack, lol
