Lets Get This Party Started
Brangelina Shows J.Lo Who's Baby-Ballin'

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony may have spent a whopping $50K on their twins' nursery, but that's seriously Lo-budg compared to what Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are spending for their babes.

Rush & Molloy say that Brangie racked up a $140,000 bill putting together their nursery at Petit Tresor. They got everything from organza bassinets to "Versailles-style" cribs (guillotine not included?) to a $4,500 armoire, and two matching pink crystal chandeliers for $899 each.

And then there were all of those cashmere baby toys – the ones that are so easy to get the slobber out of.

Swayze Gets Back on "Beast"

Patrick Swayze, stricken with pancreatic cancer just a few months ago, is already getting back to work on a new TV series.

The Hollywood Reporter says that Swayze is starting work on "The Beast," an FBI-themed strip that will premiere on A&E in 2009. The show is set to go into production this summer in Chicago.

Swayze has been battling cancer at Stanford University for the past few months, and his doctors have cleared him to get back to acting.

Jessica Alba Has the Cash Baby

The coronation of the World's Luckiest Man continued its inexorable progress this weekend.

Jess Alba gave birth to her baby with retired P.A. Cash Warren, reports People: Honor Marie Warren was born June 7 in Los Angeles, according to her rep, Brad Cafarelli. It's the first spawn for the couple, who met on the set of the "Fantastic Four."

They were married May 19 at a Beverly Hills courthouse.

Party Favors: Criss Angel Gets a Black Eye ... Kelly Ripa Unloaded a Ton of Baggage ... Run on Orlando's Hard Rock Parks ... Dept. of We Are Getting Too Old: You Won't Believe Who Just Turned 50.

Magician Criss Angel had a "run-in" with a 2,000-pound Brahman bull a couple weeks ago, and all he got was a shiner under his right eye, reports Vegas Confidential. Unclear why the bull went easy on Angel. ... Kelly Ripa has been auctioning off a bunch of her bags over the past couple weeks on eBay, teaming up with Electrolux -– yeah, the fancy vacuum people -- to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, and she's aiming to raise $500K. ... MTV's Sway and DMC –- the initialed half of Run-DMC – rocked the grand opening of Hard Rock Park in Myrtle Beach last week. But do the water rides have swim-up bars? ... And doves will surely cry upon learning that Prince turned 50 years old this weekend.

16. Kay, that is funny but odd a woman could think of that. Are you sure your name isn't Kay-cee? Perhaps Karl? lol

17. That story about the Jolie-Pitts is completely inaccurate. They are not registered at Petit Tresor and are furnishing a nursery at their home at Brignol in the Var in France where they are living. These sites just fabricates stories most of the time to attract readers..

18. I think the name "Honor" is pretty however, I am sure she will be teased at some point .

Good for Brad and Angelina. I have a hard time believing that they spent that much money though. They seem to be very down to earth people in comparison to JLo.

19. Cangrats to Patrick! Love him.

Hope Prince had plenty of purple presens. He's sort of ageless.

20. SO WHAT IF THEY SPENT THE MONEY ON A NURSERY,it's their money, they earned it and even if they didn't give an obscene amount of money to charity it is still their money, donald trump spends that much on a place setting,i should have gone into acting or building buildings then i could spend what i want.when i want, how i want and as much as i want, they are not hypacritical, are they suppose to pretend they don't have money.

22. Rich old un-marrieds and their rich kids.Good thing their money is spent elsewhere as the gas over here rises to over 4.00 a gal.Who care what the rich do. Soon feeding the kids already here will be tough.

23. Ridiculous to spend that kind of money for a baby's room. Stars are always asking the public to give money to charity so instead of owning a few expensive homes, which they don't need, they should give that money to charity. They are, after all, very liberal but, oops, I read a few months ago that Christian conservatives are the ones who give alot of money to charity & not the liberals. I found that very interesting.

24. When I hear about them being so ECO FRIENDLY, and then renting a palace in France, what a bunch of hypocrites.

25. Petit Tresor has had complaints about them using names of celebrities who DO NOT shop their to promote their store. Didn't Tom Cruise send a cease and desist letter from his lawyers so that this idiotic store would stop lying about who shops there to drum up business? People really need to stop believing what they read.

28. Honor? I'm sure the baby will grow up to be beautiful, but that name is really ugly. I guess they wanted to pick a name with meaning, but when you say it out loud it is just not a nice-sounding name.

29. While I'm happy for Jessica Alba & Cash Warren for their baby, I've got to say: what is it with celebrities and these goofball names? Honor? Hasn't any of the hollywood brainless actor crowd heard of NORMAL names like John, Frank, Cathy, Kim, etc? This is a child, not a fashion accessory. Kids with names like this sometimes get picked on by their classmates. It's like they're saying "we're actors, therefore we have to "express ourselves" and be space cadets in our private lives".

30. Honor hasn't been used in awhile. but my husband works with an lady named Honor at Verizon. I went to school with a girl named Honor and one named Honora. There is the actress Honor Blackman. I don't think it is odd, but I am older too. It wasn't odd back in the 60s.
