I have never watched "The Hills". Can someone tell me if this is a reality show or is it scriped? I hear people talking about it on the radio, but I have no idea what it's about.

I just read somewhere that she told the paps she was tired of having her picture taken, or something like that.
News flash to LC: that comes with the territory and you should be thrilled that anyone wants to take your picture.

And then you rub it in her face that she has a ticket! Like the chick can't see it on her window, or the driver can't see it. Why do you think they put tickets there?
