16. #12 is an idiot. Its illegal to "feed" someone elses meter, in LA LA land it's a huge fine if you get caught, I then, Iam positive that little miss L. C. wouldn't pay the paps fines.

25. You know. I am going to sound like a really mean person right now, but I am glad the Paps didn't put money in the meter for her. It is her responsiblity to put enough coin in, she knows how long she will be there! Plus, she isn't a very nice girl. She is too controlling of her friends. She kinda tells them who they can, and cannot date!! if they don't break-up with the guy, she ditches them. Hmm. first it was Heidi now its Audrina. In my opinion if she did not have the show "THe Hills" no one would be her friend. If she was a kind, loving, accepting person, than one should be a good samaratin. But come on, she needs the Paps to keep her in the lime light. Ratings people?

26. I'm not a fan of that show, but I agree with #12. Helping people out is just an act of kindness, and sometimes people CAN be nice, and DO that if they have the time, resources, etc., and it certainly seems as though the "paps" COULD'VE done AT LEAST THAT much! Has anyone ever heard of (A.R.K.), acts of random kindness? I don't know that it's illegal to feed someone elses meter, #16, but does that even matter? I know that if my I was out with my sister, and our meter was running out, one of us would go out to "feed it." Is that REALLY illegal, or are you just assuming? That just doesn't sound right, but I'm not going to write a book. I just want to express that if everybody participated in (A.R.K.), things would be a lot nicer here on this earth. Actually, I often, VERY often do this, put money in people's meters when they're about to expire. It's something I thought of doing a long time ago because I think it's a nice thing to do. Maybe someone will do this for you one day? Think about that. What you "put out there" will eventually come back to you, the good or bad. (That's just what I believe.)

do you really get fined for putting money in a meter that is not your's,good way to make more money,tickets pay more than a meter.hmmm hollywood bottom line,money,screw being nice.Or it is the same camera guy who helped brody jenner at the gas station and he got crap for it,that doesn't make sense though because the papps are always helping with gas when these people run out,pushing their car when it stalls,giving them money when they need a few bucks,hmmm maybe you do get fined.
