33. As a speech pathologist, I am a little taken aback by the fact the 3 yr old has a pacifier. Not only does this affect his dentition, but his speech as well. This is right along the lines of Suri Cruise running around all day at 2+ with a bottle. Its one thing at 2+ yrs old to have a bottle of milk before bed (although thats pushing it too) but another to do it during the morning, day etc. Every picture of that kid she's got a bottle or mom's holding a bottle. Its setting her up for bad teeth, poor speech and feeding problems. These "stars" are so busy using pacifiers and bottles is an easy way out for them. Just stick it in their mouths to quiet them down or give them a bottle so they don't have to deal with the difficulty of weaning them.

36. OMG! A binkie at that age. These hollywood folk have no clue what they are doing to their children. Get rid of it already. If you want a baby around, have another one, but this child looks way to old to have that in his mouth. Is Victoria still breast feeding him, too?

37. Why do people always feel like they have to judge celebrity parents? Really, what harm is it to have a binky? It probably gives him some sort of comfort in their crazy life and I don't see anything wrong with celebrity kids having that because they are exposed to so much so they need a little comfort. Unless you see another parent physically or verbally abusing their kids, just let them parent their kids their way, how is it really affecting you anyway?! Maybe you should focus on your own kids or life and quit judging other people,.

38. I can deal with a bottle or a paci at bedtime but this picture of a 3 year old walking around with a paci seriously irks me. I could have cared less about Suri because it was at night and she might have been going to bed for all we knew. But seriously. In the middle of day? Walking around like nobody's business. They can do what they want as parents but I cannot stand pacifiers in the mouths of children who should be talking instead of sucking.

39. A good friend of my sisters has a daughter who sucked on a pacifier untill she was about 13
RUINED her mouth. Teeth were all pushed back, lip had some big ol ball on it.
WHY would a parent want to risk that?
WEIRD to me.
I suppose w/ all that money, if they mess the kid up, always contact the local plastic surgeon like it's no big deal LOL

40. I don't think 3 yrs is too old for a pacifier, but i think it makes the habit that much harder to break. Parents are advised to stop the bottles, pacifiers and thumbsucking sooner because when the kids get older, they will put up some resistance making it harder to stop. 3 yrs is not too bad just yet.........
