Dog-Killer Vick Not Worth Grilling

Virginia doesn't want Michael Vick on its mind until he's done serving his first sentence for dogfighting.

A county prosecutor in Va. says that Vick's not worth the jack it'll take to spring the canine-killin' QB out of federal prison and try him on state charges -- then return him and his fellow defendants to their separate big houses. (And we don't mean their mansions.)

MV is serving a 23-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy and dog fighting.

36. All those that call Michael Vick 'Dog Killer' and say that he should 'rot' or whatever else is out there, all of you are a bunch of hypocrites. THE PUNISHMENT DOES NOT FIT THE CRIME. You want to persecute Vick for the rest of his life, but you let even WORSE things happen EVERYDAY. You're all a bunch of small weak minded idiots. There are worse things going on everyday and yet you focus on a celebrity instead of what's going on in your own backyards. There 's people hunting/stalking defenseless animals everyday and most of you probably take part in it, but yet Vick should rot in jail according to you. Whats wrong with you??? Michael Vick should be released, get on his knees and apologize for what he's done everyday, but should be allowed to live his life. I don't agree with what he did, by no means, but I would rather focus on the bigger picture and not let what comes on the news decide for me whats right. Grow up people and get a mind of your own.

37. All you people defending Michael Vick have serious issues. Dogs are like babies - completely dependent on others care. What's more, Pit Bulls aren't inherently bad; I have one who constantly surprises people w/ his sweetness. Seriously, anyone defending M. Vick needs to take a serious look at themselves!
