Oscar's Fishnets Fishy After All

Looks like those pics of Oscar de la Hoya in drag were just too awesome to be true.

Ex-Scores stripper Milana Dravnel, who supposedly sold the saucy snaps, has dropped her multi-million dollar suit against Oscar for calling her a liar and calling the pictures out as fakes. Turns out, according to experts who analyzed the photos, Oscar was right -- they had been digitally altered and Milana was lying after all.

De La Hoya's lawyer Judd Burstein told the New York Daily News, "She was facing very large damages and so she agreed to drop the case. The case would have been dismissed anyway."

16. I knew those pics were not real and it's ridiculous that some people thought they were. I mean, just look at the legs? No way could those be a man's legs, no way!!!

17. She must have learned her trade from TMZ.

18. It is obvious that they were fake. Why would Oscar go through all the trouble of paying off experts to prove they were fake if the pictures were true? It's not like he was caught molesting a child, dressing up in woman's clothing is embarrassing but hardly something you'd go through a lengthy trial and pay millions of dollars (risking going to jail if the "paid off" experts would talk) just to cover up ...

If they were fake to begin with, then it makes sense. Some b**** trying to frame you would make anyone mad and seeking justice.

20. Perez already covered this story. Maybe TMZ can stop copying Perez and do some real reporting.

23. So, this stupid stripper slut faked some pictures about Oscar, sold them, then sued him when he said she was a liar (so that she could get more publicity). She then drops her "suit" when it's proven that she's a full blown liar. What should De La Hoya do with this stupid slut to make up for the damage she purposely caused him? One word - LAWSUIT. Sue her, take all her money & show everyone that you can't profit by this kind of "paris hilton" fakery, lying & falsehood. I hope he gets every last cent that this stupid lying slut made off selling those fake pictures...

24. she should go to jail. such claims should always be treated as extortions. I hate when these whores always just walk away when they change their mind.

28. you expect us to belive this? how much did she get paid off?

29. First of all, these experts, whoever they are, were hired by his lawyers, and all they are saying is that the pics were altered - not that they are fake. Secondly, it is strange that these people were never sued including the website that displayed the images. But really, Oscar seems to be a good guy, and he needs to put this behind him. Whoever devised this PR strategy has definitely earned his pay because most of the people are buying it.

30. You people crack me up! Everybody's gonna believe what they're gonna believe. But what gets me is how everybody's a photoshop expert too!

I'm a professional Web Designer who works for a major top-10 Website, and I've been using Photoshop for 10 years, as well as other types of bitmap editing programs out there. I've seen all the photos that were released of de la Hoya and that girl and here's my 2 cents, for what it's worth:

1) If we are to assume these pics are fake, then there should be floating around "original" pics that that weren't modified with de la Hoya's head or body. If these pics existed, it's AWFULLY DIFFICULT, NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to insert Oscar's head and hair and have it blend so well with the elements in each picture. The walls are a very busy pattern and hard to match along the fringes.

We see a lot of Celebrity Nude Fakes, but they're always just ONE picture. NEVER are they a series of pictures and all in the same room. You can tell by the carpeting and the furniture that it's the same hotel room.

2) If the photos ARE real, then Milana is damn good and she should work for Lucasfilm after she's done stripping.

3) And for everyone who claims his legs look too good, wouldn't the tight stockings make his legs better any way?

4) My theory is that Oscar's lawyers got a lot of dirt on her and they've settled out of court to have her shut up and go away.

The rest of you will go on and keep believing what you want to believe. I just had to let everyone know from someone who does Photoshop for a living that everything you claim ain't as easy it seems....
