H-Wood's bad boytoy was at One Sunset last night with a brand new hot chick on his arm. Ray J's other flame Whitney Houston was no where to be seen.
Lucky for her she abandoned that boat.

3. Ray J is out of control but you really can’t blame him for doing whatever it takes to be in the spotlight, see his CD sucked so what else can he do to get attention, his like a pimple ready to be burst!
