In a move more transparent than a chick wearing white in a wet t-shirt contest, Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge set up an obvious PR stunt last night to "prove" they're still friends.
It's been forever since they've gone anywhere together -- and this move, coming just one day after TMZ broke the story the two were involved in a backyard rumble over an OK! magazine photo shoot, is definitely a little suspect.

20. How is this different than any other "friendship" in Hollywood? I still remember my first day on the job at a major studios, this one lady took me around to all of the different departments and sets on the entire lot. Every single person we met, she would say something like, "Hey Jane, how's it going, you look fabulous, oh and how are your wonderful children?!!!" Then as soon as we were out of earshot, she was saying, "God I hate that B*TCH! I hope she dies! I hope her bratty children drown in their pool!"
I am so happy to be out of that business, divorce lawyers have to listen to less bickering than these self important morons!

Audrina saw that Lauren Conrad was the ONLY reality celebrity to make the FORBES Celebrity Hot 100 List with all her product endorsements and development deals and realized that if she wanted to be famous longer, she needed to kiss ass to the person who has the real clout within them those "Hills" and that would be one LC!! She is the one with the contract to do more shows, none of the rest of them do. ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!! And they were all diss-ing her and fueding with her and SHE IS THE ONE WITH ALL THE POWER!!! Now Audrina makes all nice, nice trying to make it to next season!! Hope LC sees thru the sherade! But she'll keep who ever is popular and brings in viewers...she's no dummy...that's why she has the deal and the others don't!
