54. Listen up people , Nicks attorney ? Why would Nicks attorney be involved. He obviously didnt receive any message since he is in jail. And "Nicks attorney" says the family takes it serious. Doesnt mean the police do. I think this was just put out there for the public to "feel sorry " and a little symphty for the Hogans. I would seriously like to hear what he percives as a threat. It was probably something like, "plase stop talking about John" Do you really think the Graziano's are that stupid to leave evidence on a tape recording?

56. The Florida police were star struck and handled this wrong from the start.

Nick was drinking and drinking but wasn't charged. WHY?

Hulk and his lawyer say yes Nick had been drinking, at 17 years old but wasn't charged.

There is video of Hulk with Nick buying beer, going to the boat then leaving boat and driving. Yet Hulk wasn't charged with giving alcohol to a minor. WHY?

It is an injustice to the Graziano's. Had this been John driving and Mr. Graziano's on that video buying beer the police would have handled it much different. They would be sure Hulk got justice to the fullest for his precious son.

The residence of this community should be outraged at the specail treatment given to the Hogans. These police officers should be fired.
