The giant glass swan Dita Von Teese uses as a prop in her burlesque performances is back with mama.

As TMZ first reported, Dita sued, claiming the bird was bunk, and when she returned it for repairs, the swan-fixer kept it.

Now that the bird has returned to the roost, she's filed to dismiss the suit.

9. Why would anyone care what this disgusting whore does with a swan or with a shoe.
She was too gross even for Marilyn Manson who found himself a Mormon whore instead. Guess it's a step up from Dita.

If you don't know who Dita is than you need to keep up and honestly you need to get out of the house a lil more, stop trying to comment first on all of her stories and venture out to see a burlesque show. Well, maybe not just any burlesque show, preferably one of hers! Time away from the computer is the best medicine for you losers!
