R. Kelly Jurors: No Doubt It's Him on the Tape

Even though jurors in the trial of R. Kelly absolutely believed it was him on the tape, they could not reach a guilty verdict because they said there was "not enough evidence to prosecute." Huh?!

Five of the twelve jurors met with reporters immediately after handing down the acquittal. They said they just couldn't reach a verdict even though they voted on the hour, every hour because the alleged victim hadn't testified and refused to cooperate. As recently as this morning, we're told, the vote was split nine to three for a not guilty verdict.

The jurors were also "absolutely disgusted" with the tape. Unlike the bootleg version you can buy on the street corner, the version they got to watch was "clear as day."

We're hearing R. Kelly will be partying it up tonight in Chicago.

34. Everyone is missing the point here, without stone cold evidence to prove who the chick is in the film and what her age was at the time they COULDN'T legally convict him. Yeah it sucks and his past speaks for itself *cough* Aaliyah *cough* look at it like this no woman young or old will touch him unless she's an escort and probably without him dropping some serious cash.

36. Yea for R Kelly! If you guys had seen the tape, the girl looked like she could be anywhere from 15 to 20! She acted somewhat like a prostitute and was accustomed to any position and any sex act. I simply could not buy that this girl was the age they said she was. They couldn't even identify her! Yes, some of the jurors were stupid. Four of them thought it was R. Kelly on the tape and it was repeatedly pointed out that there was no mole on the back of the man on the tape.R. Kelly clearly showed that he does have a mole. I'm surprised they didn't deadlock.Anyway, they were split 9 to 3 for aquittal and finally all agreed on not guilty.Also some people like his music and some don't.

37. The only people who ever thought he was guilty were ugly women, gay dudes, closeted gay dudes, and people who've been molested (who assume EVERYONE'S been molested0.

The rest of us asked about the evidence, or saw the tape.

I saw the tape.

Not only was it NOT him, it wasn't 'her', because the girl in that tape was WAAAAAAY older than 13. Probably 20 or so.

But go ahead, shout your stupid crap some more.

almost see at the atomic level, but they do not have a computer program that can clear up an
out of focus tape? Come on! The prosecution failed miserably (if he was guilty).
