R. Kelly Not Guilty -- Urine the Clear!

151. Richard Ramirez, perhaps you didn't see my earlier post(s). I pretty much said the same thing. It is the law that dictates the rights of minors, not me as a mother, nor my child, the minor and/or alleged victim. The law, however, is flawed.

Look at Jamie Lynn Spears. She was 16, the father of her child was 18 or 19 (I forget). I have worked in the criminal justice system and have seen people labeled sex offenders for this kind of conduct. But for some reason it is okay that she got knocked up by her boyfriend--whether HER PARENTS liked him or not? What's up with that double standard? Why is okay to ruin one person's life by labeling them a sex offender, but not anothers? Cuz that is one label that doesn't come out no matter how many times you wash it.

While I wish more people would accept that when two young kids, whether they are 13 and 14 or 16 and 18, get together it is usually concentual, but there will always be that one case where someone cries rape and wants to put the blame on the so called 18 year old adult. Is that fair?

He is NOT GUILTY and therefore INNOCENT, now I hope that he gets back to doing what he does best-writing great songs about his ordeal and I will be the first of millions to purchase a copy when the album is released.

Why would it take so little time for a jury to decide it wasn't him on the tape, if it was him?

Roman Polanski-SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!Raped a 13 yr old and fled justice.Polanski was given an Academy Award in 2002 in spite of the horrific crime he committed and the fact that he is a wanted fugitive to this day.Google his name and look at the list of actors/actresses that have worked with Polanski since his crime. Still a fugitive and still making films that are shown in every movie theater in this country.
