77. The victim denied it was her on the tape...that means she can't get money from him after already denying it was her in the first place. This is justice at it's finest...a federal trial with jury, there was plenty of REASONABLE DOUBT. Sure it might have been him but if you can't prove it without the reason of doubt then they must go free! This is how the justice system SHOULD work but doesn't always! Good for him!!!

79. Florida~ Obviously, I hit a nerve! Yes, he should be in jail for a very long time. If he had been sentenced to prison then all the black's would be commenting on how unfair the verdict was and, they would be using the race card. You know it and I know it! It is a fact my dear. 83. LLS (No. 56) Yes, Statutory rape is BS if the person in question is of the teenage years (13 - 19). And by the way, the legal age in New York City is 17. But legal or not, no man should be thrown in jail for having sex with a teenager girl if she agrees to it. If she wants to have sex she will do it anyway whether it's with a man or a boy. It might as well be with a man who knows what he is doing. Would I want it to be my daughter if I had one? No, but these are not my daughters. It's time that females young and old start taking responsibility for their actions and stop blaming men for the crap that they do. These teenage girls know what they are doing. They probably know more than you and I.

88. Just a thought, but I wonder if the prosecution confirmed if he ever had plastic surgery to remove a mole? Considering it's been 6 years since this whole thing started, surely he could've had it done by now. I've never seen the tape and don't know how big or small it was, etc. And if the male on the tape talked, couldn't a voice analysis proved if it was him or not?

I think it probably was him on the tape, but oh well,,,
