93. In one sense, Masterkey #74, you are right. These kids having underage sex are doing it willingly. But it isnt them who are crying rape at times--it is the legal system. Regardless of whether the underage "victim" knowingly and willingly agrees to having sex, because they are a minor they are incapable of consenting to the act. Don't blame the "victim" blame the law and the way it is interpreted.
