The last people Tim Russert interviewed before he died thought the newsman didn't look so good.
Writers John Harwood and Jerry Seib pre-taped an interview with Russert this morning for this weekend's episode of the "Tim Russert Show." After the interview Seib commented, "I don't think Tim felt very well."
We've asked NBC whether they plan to air this show, and who will step in on "Meet the Press" -- we haven't heard back.
16. I'm so glad to read the positive remarks hear. To be honest I had to watch him Sundays on Meet The Press beause a family member would always watch it. I hated it but did grow to love and respect Mr. Russert. I wish his family nothing but the best.

My Sunday mornings will never be the same.

28. ROBERT # 21...his internist released a statement saying nothing was confirmed as cause and a autopsy would be performed. Where did u get that info out of curiosity? PS...not that it matters at all but he was alive when transported to hspt and the code went blue and he would have had a portable x-ray machine over him in the resuscitation unit...that clearly would have shown a coronary embolism..just wondering what the big deal is abt releasing COD?...any emerg ward would have the answer 1,2 ,3.. imo
