hmm...the girl won't even testify against him?....why u think that is?....really no proof that he did in fact do this w/out her word.... plus even if it was him, she consented to have sex....i know plenty of young girls who portray themselves as woman and who have sex w/ adults who are unaware of the girls age.....it's been 5 years....i think we need to all get over it!
