Kid Rock Craps Out -- Rushed to Hospital

Kid Rock: Looks like the devil has a cause after all! Kid Rock has been hospitalized for stomach cramps and dehydration. The rocker was set to perform onstage at the U.K.'s Download Festival Friday, but had to cancel last minute due to his health conditions.

A statement from the organizers of the festival says, "We've had the curse of Download. Kid Rock is not very well -- we've had to rush him to hospital ... he apologizes to his fans." Rock had reportedly been out at the Central London's Whisky Mist nightclub the night before the concert.

Calls to Rock's rep have not been returned.

33. i have never know anyone in my entire life to be hospitalized for dehydration. only celebrities seem to fall ill from this. i know it is a hard consept to remember to drink water!!!

37. This has got to be one of the ugliest men I've ever seen. He looks like a low life with his stupid sock hat and sagging eyes. The ONLY thing a anybody could possibly see in him is money because it sure isn't his looks. HIs music is about as desirable as he is! UGH!!!

38. Man there's a lot of haters on this site. It's really a sad statement to judge somebody by their appearance. Kid Rock is very generous and he puts on an absolutely amazing show. Can't wait to see him inToronto Canada in August.

You won't be disappointed with the show and his performance....he can tap inot any music genre and seamlessly make it his own. 44. Kid Rock is Awsome in concert i seen him at ODU In Virginia and then went again in Charlotte NC because it was so good!!! All the haters on here probably know very little about him =) so GET WELL SOON KID ROCK... Drink water And come back to the east coast of the US!!!
