Bubba the Love Sponge, radio host and Hogan family friend, played the messages allegedly made by John Graziano's brother, Frank, on his show this morning. Clearwater PD tells TMZ there is an "open investigation" into the calls.

According to the Tampa Tribune, John Graziano's dad, Edward, confirmed today that the voice on the tape is that of Frank Caruso, John's 32-year-old half-brother. He said Caruso is a child from his estranged wife's first marriage.

406. honestly no one ever said that Graziano had to get into the car!it probably would of happened anyways.don't get me wrong i feel bad for Graziano, but it was his choice to choose to stay in the car or get out.he knew that nick was going to race.

407. just because you willingly get into a car doens't mean you consent to be in a car accident/crash. remember, nobody put a gun to nick's head to speed on wet roads, nobody kidnapped him and forced him to have a drink. it's also possible that NOBODY saw nick take a drink and the FBI guy on nancy grace *he's not involved in this case* confirmed that nick's alcohol content meant that his LAST drink had to have been @ least 4 hours before the crash. so nobody here can declare WHAT john knew...so let's get rid of that notion right there, and obviously nick drove ok from the boat or whereever they were last, up until he started racing, so it's possible that nobody saw any red flags. it was when nick was speeding and lost control of the car is where things went wrong. so no, nobody forced john to get into the car, but nobody forced nick to get behind the wheel, he is SOLELY responsible for his actions, and nobody knows but NICK if NICK took a drink. so he's in the wrong right there on all sides.

408. Yeah its really sad that poor John is suffering like he is.... but he made a conscious choice to get into the car with Nick... they were such good friends and Nick made a mistake.... He is not the only young man in the world who drives foolishly to impress his friends/ girls.

409. Man thats some really bad audio. You people should get one of PAID computers techs to clean it up. You barely can understand. Or maybe thats the way it transffered when you put it on the internet. And In No Way am I defending the entire Hogan Family. Personnally I think Nick Bollea should have gotten more jail time than he did. Any of us "Commen People (NOT RICH) sure would have. Especially here in Fla.

410. What happen to John was horrible, but his accident is not 100% Nick's fault. I've read that they both were drinking. John was older than Nick and he should have been mature enough to tell his friend that he wasn't getting in the car with him. This probably wasn't their first time riding together drunk. A lot of people are hating on Nick, because of the accident, but ask yourself, who's fault would it have been, if Nick was the one that has gotten hurt and not John? After all, John was the passenger and he was drinking as well. A true friend would have stopped their friend from drinking, by calling a taxi or calling the parents to let them know that they both are drunk and need a ride home. If Nick wanted to be hard headed and still drive his car, John should have let him go. What people are looking at is John was a Marine and he fought for our country. John has put his life on the line in Iraq, willingly. Guess what he has put his life on the line when he rode with Nick, willingly as well. He didn't have to get in the car. He should have even wore a seat belt. Some people don't believe that they need to wear a seat belt. Maybe John was one of them. He probably felt that nothing would ever happen to him, if he doesn't wear a seat belt. John's condition probably will never get better. I hope it does. Nick is in jail for 8 months. I hope he learned his lesson. Lets keep in mind that Mr. John wasn't all that innocent in this incident. If Nick had to go serve time in jail for the accident, then the person or persons who have given them alcohol should be responsible as well. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to make it seems as if the Hogan family were right for their action, but when it comes down to your child, you don't know what you will say or do. What people should be doing, is praying for both families.

411. john DID wear a seatbelt, nick's lawyer kevin hayslett *or whatever his name is* held a press conference not too long after that crash and HE'S the one who made it 'clear' that john wasn't wearing a seat belt. even though this lawyer wasn't @ the scene and nick told police detectives within an hour of the crash that he wasn't sure if john was buckled up. again, there's no way john could've remained sitting upright in his seat thruout that ordeal if he wasn't buckled in. he most certainly would've died or been ejected from the car....and alas, he remained in his seat the whole time.

412. " Two wrongs don't make a right ".............I don't agree w/ the threatening phone calls, BUT, I totally understand the emotions behind the calls.....................because of " indulging " Nick in his every whim, which also seems to mean that Hulk has supplied alcohol to his underage son, a young man will never realize his potential..............I wish the Hogans would just disappear............." Can you say, poor white trash with money? The Hogans are dirtbags...............all of em! I hope they get all that is coming to them...........they disgust me...................

413. Terry "hulk" Hogan should go in person to meet this angry frustrated man. He should bring a case with 25 to 50% of his net worth in cash in it. offer it to the man. He by actions direct and indirect caused the whole situation. Say the words, offer the sympathy, then leave the cash. Hell let the guy slap him around if it would make him feel better, that is maybe would make them both feel better.

as for the poster tellin peeps hows to speels, fuzznuck off, people who correct others grammer speech are lacking maturity and intelligeninece.

414. I don't understand the Hulk Hogan thing. Honestly, I thought, for ages, the entire event was a carnival act.
The way they all dressed, the lack of respect (what the heck was that rag doing on his head in court!!??) It appeared to be a wrestling side show, not at all unlike something that would happen in another day of that entire family's 'Made for Television" life. Then.........my goodness, I had to call my daughter and tell her to look at the 'person' they have on televesion speaking in defense of H.H. What a hoot! A fifty something chubby man, like H H trying to hide his bald head. I thought it was all a side show. This is how adults behave? This is real? My God, I feel so sad and sorry for the rest of us who work hard and strive, without sucking the blood out of the general public, to be good and honest people, while these horses bums kill us off and make "entertainment" for themselves. Go bowing with the rest of the child molesters, murderers and creeps behaving badly that swirl around in your circle. You are not wanted anymore. FLUSH

415. I think a lot of people who are trying to find EXCUSES for the Hogans have no common sense. It's not a matter of what John did or didn't do. He was not the driver of the car. Nick drove the car, recklessly, under the influence and caused this mess. He should be held accountable for what he did. None of the Hogan's feel like Nick was at fault in any way, which is BS! Why wasn't the Graziano's given the opportunity to speak with Larry King? All of this is for publicity for the Hogans and they are loving it! I can see where the Graziano's would be outraged at the Hogan's actions. I am tired of all the Hogan's LIES to make it look like they are good people. They are NOT the one who is suffering. Nick and the rest of the Hogan clan need to stop whining, since all they care about is their precious MONEY!
I give props to the Graziano's for keeping quiet for as long as they did while the Hogan's kept running their mouth! They have just as much right as any of them.
As for you Bubba The Dumb Sponge YOU & your friend(s) should keep their YAP shut then things like this wouldn't happen. To say the Graziano's should shut up.? They are the victims! Not you, not Terry and definitely NOT NICK. Go back to eating your twinkies!

416. Will all you knuckleheads give me a break??? Nick Hogan is a 17 year old. 17 years old! He made a mistake and was driving a 23 year old man - who got in the car with him no less. It's not the 23 year old MAN's fault the accident happened, but he does hold great responsibility for contributing to the delequency of a minor. Nick Hogan was/is a minor! All these idiots on here saying all these things about his mother, his father, his sister are a bunch of morons. Shut up about his parents, it is about him getting into an accident with an adult in his car. The kid is just that and made some poor decisions. I'm sure half of these idiots sayting things about his mother, sister, father have made worse. The Hogan's are a family and not just people you read or watch on tv. Have some respect and hope that the kid gets to live his life and learn from this accident. He was with an adult who obviously cared little for the kid and himself.

417. thank you enoughisenough!! i don't care who was nick's passenger, how old that person was, if that person was drinking during the day *and there's nothing wrong with that since john is over 21 and wasn't driving a car* nick knew if he had a drink or not and still proceeded to drive. he also proceeded to race on public streets and had no regard for any other motorists. so forget there's a passenger, that's a wreckless and dangerous driver. and as a result, he left another person paralyzed and brain damaged for the rest of their life!! and doesn't give 2 squirts of piss over it!! that's the main reason i'm so outraged over it! and you nick ass kissers are defending someone like that? nobody's disputing john got into the car and partied with the guys during the day, but nothing john did was illegal and did not place anyone else in harm's way. otherwise the prosecutor would've opted for probation or something wayyy lesser than 8 months. *actually i think the prosecutor asked for 6 mos.* so in my opinion, nick got a huge break.

418. Awww resort to name calling.....how grown up! What are you 5? I believe Nick made quite a few mistakes prior to the accident.....just another lame excuse. Terry Bollea was the one who provided the alcohol, NOT John Graziano. No one put a gun to Nicks head telling him to drink alcohol, get in the car and drive wrecklessly. I wonder how much Hogan is paying the other two guys not to rat him out? Interesting that the blame keeps getting shifted to the victim. The age difference is not even an issue, Nick wanted to act like an adult so he was punished like one too!
The Hogan family's actions have not only proved to be dumb founded......but very close to white trash!

419. They were both drinking together..When would a man tell another man to put on his seat belt..Never!!! He was older than Nick in the first place. Is Nick a puss?? Yes !! but that is the way he was raised. The judge giving him 8 months was a joke in the first place. What is wrong with the system when you can almost kill someone and get 8 months..Nick is a spoiled Rich kid that will have to live with what he has done for the rest of his life.Part of his punishment should be to have to take care of the guy for the rest of his life.People drink and drive everyday. Knowbody would care if his father was'nt a celeb that everybody loved and respected. He's not the first person to be a veg after a night of partying. Family's are devestated when this kind of things happen. I want to know how they got the alcohol and who bought it for them. Nick is not old enough to buy it and knowone said that John bought it. WHO DID????
