21. It is not him. If you look at the photos of the guy on ebay page and the David. The guy on Ebay has a gash/scar on his forhead, David does not.

24. I saw this guy signing autographs at Frank and Sons and he was getting pissed off people were calling him "Bud". That's the only act/role/character he's ever played! Why else would he be signing autographs, for his role in Bernie Mac?
