None of Hef's current girlfriends have ever been Playmates, although I think Bridget is the only one who ever tried out, and she admitted on the show numerous times that it was her dream to be a Playmate, but she never made it. With Google and Wikipedia, it always amazes me that jackasses post before doing their research. At least TMZ had the sense to change the headline after numerous people pointed out their blunder.
