31. And comments like the one by Kid Karma make me sad for this country.
People are so ignorant and proud of it these days. I am 27 years old and thought that I missed alot of the terrible racist things that happened in the past but I see it's just covered up now. It's all whispers and anonymous comments on websites.

Be proud of our diversity. Celebrate it. That's why we are America. We are all mutts. Unless you are native American, you are an immigrant. I put this comment up for the intelligent ones that read this. We can make a change- just keep pushing until all the yelling of idiots is drowned out by our success.

34. I love it when people say, "innocent people killed". Spare me. You are probably one of the ones who claim the US has killed 500,000 people in Iraq. Innocent people die in war. They have died in every war ever waged. And after Bush, more innocent people will die in future wars/conflicts. Get over yourselves. 39. OK i will say this though... Bush did do ONE good thing.
He made it so that many Americans CANNOT ignore politics. He effed things up so badly that people HAD to start paying attention.

Let me preface this by saying, this is not an insult to Republicans - you were probably born into your political parties. Mommy and especially Daddy were well off, well-bred republicans when they were born too. The problem with your whole game plan is that now people who ignored the elections bc they felt insignificant or were working 2 and 3 jobs to put their kids through school and didn't have time to notice what was going on... ARE PAYING ATTENTION. They have to or they'll be out of house and home. There is a new surge of political pride- mostly Democrat- but whatever. I am just grateful that people are starting to look around and go- wait a minute- this isn't right!!! So vote for whoever you like- but please vote.

And Bush- Adios man. I have never despised anyone more.

42. President Bush made our country a laughing stock? UH NO! Clinton did that all on his own by his countless extra marital affairs, and the BJ heard around the world! He gave us the reputation of being weak because of the huge military cuts his administration made and by the BS he let happen under his watch and did nothing about. Not to mention we were headed toward recession at the end of his illustrious 8 year stint! I remember well since my husband was laid off during that time! As the daughter of a small business oilman who nearly starved on $9 a barrel oil, I say let it ride! I hope it get's to $150 a barrel so my father can finally see some profit. It doesn't bother me a bit to pay $100 to gas up my SUV. I can't tell it bothers anyone else either bercause I just waited in line to fill it up!

I voted for Bush twice and would vote for him again anytime.
