Overgrown Bush Needs a Trim

With 216 days left in office, George Bush has finally gone green.

Dubya got a parting gift from a group of schoolchildren in Northern Ireland on Monday -- a flowery plant with the words The Mighty Bush written across it.

Is there anyone who doesn't want to give Bush something?!

47. Wow, I've made several comments here expressing my opinion, and TMZ is too chicken-s*it to post them. Hmmmm....wonder if they're scared of Big Brother? 'Cause I'm not, and I just want to put in my two cents! Okay TMZ, where are my other comments? Hello?

48. Go Bush! He has always been green! His home is totally green while the hypocritical people like Gore are all talk no action. Bush has kept us safe and I don't know about you but I wouldn't be worrying about gas and food prices if American's were being killed at home. I work very hard, have healthcare and an affordable mortgage. I will make my future and I don't need anything but the freedom of being an American to do it.

49. I would LOVE to give Bush something....a big kick in the butt right back to the year 2000, so he could have been stopped from usurping the position of US President. Then I would give him the gift of permanent exile on an unmapped deserted island, so he would be prevented from inflicting his idiocy and violence on the world. And for those you you who are saying "but because of Bush, the US hasn't been attacked by terrorists since 2001!" Guess what? They're biding their time and saving up for a really devastating attack. And if you think Bush is preventing it, you are SOOO wrong. Ever heard the phrase "revenge is a dish best served cold"? Well, they're just waiting, and it's because of GWB that we are more hated and vulnerable than ever. You poor, deluded fools.

50. Hey MGR - if you were REALLY educated, you would know that there is no apostrophe in "Americans". And THAT is why Bush is in office - there are far too many ignorant, uneducated voters out there. No wonder this country is screwed.

51. TO. Mr Impeach 11 I suppose oral in the oval was ok. To Jersey wtf get a clue. Jimmy carter was a real winner ? Taxes are for infrastructure and not to help lazy smucks that cannot stop breeding. Please get a clue and suck it! Suck it hard!

Posted at 5:53PM on Jun 17th 2008 by raise taxes? What a stupid idea

52. Sure, I'll give him some - no, many - thanks for ensuring that there have been no Islamic terrorist attacks on our soil since 9/11/01.

53. "a flowery plant"??? Jesus TMZ, get out of the house once in a while. They are marigolds, one of the most common flowers in the United States, with some ivy thrown in for good measure. Seriously, get some adults on staff, Harvey.

THANK GOD WE AINT GOING TO HAVE HIM AS A PRESIDENT ANYMORE...FOR MORE YEARS OF HIM AND THIS COUNTRY WOULD OF BEEN IN THE RUINS..

56. Bush is an idiot. I have to agree with the majority on this. Since we're at it...I liked Kelli's post about the gas it's SICK! You can't tell me that the oil man president couldn't do something to stop it. All of the Marine's that I know that have made it back from Iraq are all sick in one way or another and there is nothing set up for them. How did Bush protect the country when we were bombed under his watch? The MILITARY is protecting the country..not him.

57. CLINTON MAY HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MONICA BUT HE WAS A GREAT PRESIDEINT. I THINK FINANCIALLY WE WERE BETTER OFF WITH HIM THAN BUSH. WE HAD A BALANCED BUDGET BUT WITH BUSH AROUND, WE LEFT OUR CHILDREN A HUGE DEBT THAT WILL BE EVEN BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE US TO RECOVER FROM. EVERY GREAT EMPIRES FALL FROM THEIR STANCE AND I BELIEVE BUSH DID A GREAT JOB OF BRING US THERE A CENTURY EARLIER. HE WILL BE REMEMBERED AS THE WORST PRESIDENT IN THE US HISTORY. THE ONLY COMPANIES THAT BENEFITED FROM THIS WAR ARE THE WEAPON MANUFACTURES AND OIL COMPANIES; WHICH HE HAS CLOSE TIES WITH. HIS ECONOMIC POLICIES TO REVIVE OUR ECONOMY "REAL ESTATE" IS GOING TO PUT US IN DEPRESSION FOR YEARS. EVEN HOME OWNERS ARE NOT BENEFITING FROM THIS REAL ESTATE BOOM BECAUSE MORE PROPERTY TAXES HAS TO BE PAID AND IN THE END WE WON'T BE ABLE TO AFFORD A HOUSE.
BUSH MADE THE AMERICAN DREAM IMPOSSIBLE. THERE IS NO HOPE FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION AND THE POOR TO FULFILL THEIR DREAMS. WE MADE A TERRORIST HEAVEN IN IRAQ, WHICH EVENTUALLY WILL TRAIN MORE TERRORIST LIKE BIN LADEN COMING TO AMERICA AND START A SECOND 911. IF ANYONE HAS VOTED FOR BUSH TWICE, YOU DID YOURSELF A FAVOR TO OTHER COUNTRIES WHO HATE US TO BE ON TOP. AKA CHINA. IT IS TIME FOR AMERICA TO WAKE UP AND FIX THE WRONG THAT HAS BEEN DONE FOR LAST 8 YEARS. LET'S VOTE FOR OBAMA~~~~

58. Little does every one know, he has a more "Green" friendly house then the man Al Gore who is making movies about being green. Read up TMZ before you post something!!!!

59. I agree with you #15 President Bush does have a green house in texas which he has had for over 10 years way before Al Gore thought it was popular but you will not hear the liberals talk about that. all they want to do is spew hate.
history will show that he was a brave president not like the weak hating negative liberals.

60. This country had so many problems even before Bush took over. He can't help it that he inherited decades of Middle Eastern political problems which came to a climax on Sept.11. He did what he could with the options available. All of you know-it-alls couldn't have done any better, and don't say that you could because you're not President of the United States. As for the economy, blame your Democratically led Congress and their half-witted bills and policies. Ever hear of the balance of powers? George W. Bush will go down as a man who remained strong even in the face of relentless pressure. Instead of criticizing and blaming for the the country's problems, try doing your part to make it better instead of adding to the misery with your gloomy attitudes.
