Another site falsely reports that Britney is trying to move into a home ("Chateau Suenos") in Calabasas - but X17 spoke directly with Jeff Biebuyck, the real estate agent with the listing, and he tells us that no one - least of all Britney Spears! - has been shown the property. Why? Because it's not on the market yet!

Mr. Biebuyck, of Ewing & Associates, told X17 the following:

"I am the only person with the key (to the Chateau Suenos property) and I have never met Britney Spears and have never shown her this or any house. The house isn't even on the market right now!"

89. Oh now, this is truely RICH!!! Britney wants to live in Calabasas, the city with the MOST restrictive anti-smokings laws on the books? Brit is a virtual chimney. How is this going to work? About the only place you can smoke in Calabasas is inside your own home or car with the windows rolled up if anyone can smell it or be affected.
