91. It looks like kind of a dull place for kids to grow up (when they're there for their 40 hours a week). Playmates would have to be taxied in, if they could even be found in the area.
I'm sure the antlers were a selling point for that redneck flavor, but the library wasn't. The paps will love the lack of telephoto obstruction too (yeah, Brit can get still get her daily photo fix). Even a Ceee-ment pond to wash diapers in! I guess Brit's paid 'friends', dad, and the 20 people needed to maintain the residence can somewhat help occupy the rest of the place. Otherwise, you could hear the echo of you voice in a place like that. A big, loud, empty echo...oooo...ooo...oo..oo.

92. Life's gonna suck for the neighbors in that area! Just like it has for the residents in her old neighborhood! Helicopters, 3rd world pap encampments at the gate, and ninja paps sneaking around the area to get the needed shots! I wonder if they'll convert the wine cellar into her sex room?

Our source also tells us that Brit did look at a house to rent in The Oaks, but the place ended up going to Lil' Romeo instead. We're told Britney continues to look for another house to rent but has NOT found one yet...

Another site falsely reports that Brit is trying to move into a home ("Chateau Suenos") in Calabasas - but X17 spoke directly with Jeff Biebuyck, the real estate agent with the listing, and he tells us that no one - least of all Britney Spears! - has been shown the property. Why? Because it's not on the market yet!

Mr. Biebuyck, of Ewing & Associates, told us the following:

"I am the only person with the key [to the Chateau Suenos property] and I have never met Britney Spears and have never shown her this or any house. The house isn't even on the market right now!"

At the very least, it looks like Brit is definitely moving out of our immediate neighborhood - we're gonna miss having her as a fellow 90210'er!

97. Please, she has enough money to buy this house and many more. And how did she get so much money? From her music, which apparently a lot of people buy. I think with her family in her life again she is getting it together. She has weathered stuff publicly that is very private for the rest of us. I wish her well. I don't think she has a mean bone in her body.

My mouth will not close! Holy Moly and Adam Ant! Have you ever seen a house as beautiful as this one?
OMG! I already have the main one at night time as my PC wallpaper! It is gorgeous! I love beautiful homes.
And give the girl some kudos...she sang and danced her heart out around this world. She made about $400-600 million dollars!
This house at $10.8 million is change for Britney. Good luck to her, I say.
I think that Mel Gibson and his family are truly helping her on her way to a better life.

99. Why is everyone worrying about where she will get the money for this? People are talking about BRITNEY having mortgage payments?!?!?! Of course she isn't going to take out a thirty year note! Bare minimum the girl is worth 50 million dollars. Do you know how much money she collects from the interest on 50 million dollars?? MORE money then any of you will EVER make! Its probably around 4 million dollars a year she collects doing NOTHING at all! Trust me there is no mortgage payments. She just BUYS IT! I know for some it is out of the realm but I figured I would clear this up!! She wouldnt have to be too careful to be able to afford this house for the rest of her life. Meaning taxes and upkeep! I think as long as Papa Spears is around her financial situation will just keep improving! When you have had the kind of success this girl has had you don't need to be an A list singer forever to maintain your wealth! Besides Britney isn't going anywhere. We will see more from her.. and People Magazine will probably give her a few million just to get some pics of her in this pad when she moves in!

100. Nice house and to TMZ. Stop calling her popwreck and give her some credit for trying to pull her life back together. You know you would never say anything bad about Angelina, lets not forget Angelina was a bad, bad girl at Britney's age and only started pulling her life together once she hooked up with Brad. So, if Angelina can turn her life around and get off the drugs and freaky sex (which she has openly admited to), then Britney can turn her life around as well. Stop it and leave her alone.

This place (even if it was available) isn't for Britney. I think it is depressing looking. I don't like all the dark walnut everywhere and I certainly don't like those ugly horn chandeliers. The kitchens would be perfect for Daddy Spears, but Britney needs something more colorful...like Romper Room. Besides, she'd never be able to pronounce her address.

105. Oh man, I just watched the season 3 premiere of America's Got Talent. First of all, g4reat show, 2nd of all, check out the Britney impersonator on NBC's website. So funny. This is why this show is fantastic.
