18. She let her second husband (the father of her son) have it also in print. Don't remember exactly but said many unkind things about him. I really cannot blame her for doing this, but hope she has given it thorough thought because her children will definitely find out some day.

19. I've seen interviews with her and it seems like she's doing this to force him to make an out of court settlement to prevent all of this from being aired in open court. As long as she can use his humiliation to settle this quickly, it's a good strategy.

26. Christy Brinkley and Petey Cook both would prefer their divorce case be private. They have absolutely no control over that decision although both have requested it for the kid's sake. It is sad that these days that in order to get a divorce and move on with your life that the courts and judges have such control over privacy or court approved mud-slinging public displays . Making public cases like these that involve 'famous' folks truly only serves media outlets like TMZ and Access Hollywood or Entertainment Tonight, et al that drool and salivate uncontrollably and without shame, And we watch. Why? Well, that's a loaded question all of us should ask ourselves. Life is so damn short. I'd rather be out kicking a ball and walking the beach with my child.
