Sharon Walker, who was accused of stealing $158,000 from Charton Heston (who passed away in April), pleaded no contest to two counts of grand theft and one count of tax evasion. Walker was an account manager at business management firm who had access to Heston and another man's financial information.

She was sentenced to more than five years in prison, and ordered to repay around 80 grand in back taxes.

I understand that Charlton Heston's caretake took advange of the sick man..Not having followed this, I am wondering where his wife was? did he have children? people that should have been keeping tabs on this caretaker?

I give credit to Heston that he was a great actor..but I never liked him..his arrogance..I believe he actually thought he was Moses and could walk on the water!! and that B.S. he spoke to the NRA about my gun or my life, whatever, was truly a theatrical performance and these poor bastards bought in to it.. and the sad part, is he meant it...sad, but the poor man, successful actor actually believed he could walk on water..yuck!!
