18. At least he didn't kill himself and/or someone else. Just another rich athlete making an ass out of himself. Funny how one person above has already gone to the race card. What should the police have done, seen that he was black and just say "oh you're free to go"? Yes the court will determine guilt - but since he was arrested, then there must have been probable cause for them to do so, oh yeah he faild the field tests. Not sure who's the bigger ass, the drunk driver or the person going for the race card?

19. So him being drunk and swerving is by no mean justified because he is black and as always a race thing??? Help me out people because I'm not understanding? He failed a sobriety test and refused to take a breathalyzer. So the law allows him to be arrested. Stop using the race card please, its very insulting.

21. Gee what a surprise there, another black man in jail. Whenever I watch the news and they talk about any crime, I just automatically know he's going to be black if it has to do with DUI, Assault, Murder, and Black Racism. 99% of the time I am always right because they are really the only ones committing crimes. 26. Jeez... didnt he start out with the Titans, then he went to the Eagles? I guess they (the Titans) needed to replace the bad apple PacMan, now reborn as his "real Name" Adam Jones, with another apparent bad seed. Watching Kearse his first couple of seasons was awesome, now he is just another overpaid, reckless, self -absorbed athelete. Black, White, Plaid, whatever the colour, they seem to have one common thread, they don't give a damn about the rest of us. Frigging celebrities... have the means to be responsible, BUT they Drive drunk when they can afford the sober driver whenever they want to party.
