17. that is flipping hilarious!! i don't blame the surfers either, they probably just wanted to surf in peace. honestly, i'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. from what i see on tv w/those paps blocking sidewalks, streets, beaches and more i am shocked that there aren't more of the "common man" beating some pap butt~.

22. I hope these paparazzi file suits and lose and get stuck with the legal bills of both themselves and the man or men they sue. Should NEVER be different than that. NEVER! Woody is getting sued as well, and I hope that fool loses and he has to pay the legal bills of both himself and Woody as well. Justice would be served admirably if that turns out to be the case.

26. Its about time. Good for you surfers. I think the celebs have tries the "peace thing", but evidently it hasn't worked yet. Sometimes sitting at the round table to "talk it out" doesn't work and you need to kick a little you know what.

28. I'll admit, I'm a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to this...I enjoy reading things on "celebrities" weddings, who they are dating and love photos of the fashion, etc...
but when it comes to invading their space, their private moments with out being invited, and then hunting them like they are some kind of prey...its kind of sickening. WELL HOORAY FOR SURFERS

29. i'm so glad the paps got slapped. i doubt the surfer dudes will face any legal consequences; by the time the cops arrived, the boys of summer were probably long gone. the paps might have got a few photos of the surfers, but it'll be difficult to identify nonfamous dudes, covered in sand and sea water. ha! ha! paproids - 0 surfer dudes - #1 go surfer dudes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

30. how can anyone think this is right? just go around and start punching photogs? if anyone thinks any celebrity is going to appreciate you assualting a pap you're wrong. and while you all may feel great about this don't kid yourselves this is assualt and over what? people taking photos of someone in a public place. maybe next time when you or someone you know picks up a magazine or turns on the tv to see what lindsay or britney are doing there'll be someone there to punch you in the face. hypocrites!
