101. Pt Dume is a semi-private beach. There is no public access to the water line unless you go through the gates that are always locked. People have been getting beat up at the Point for decades. I will bet that the next step will be paps getting their tires slashed while the go down to the beach. That used to happen to the non-locals that went down to Pt. Dume.

104. I like what photog had to say. You know, when you have your picture taken you have to sign all sorts of forms giving permission to use your image, etc.

Paps are out of control.....What happened here and at the airport with Britney Spears shows that there needs to be some type of law to reign them in. Somebody did get hurt, in this case the paps, but one day it could be someone else.
