Ice-T Threatens Soulja Boy -- There's a War Brewin'

Rap fights used to be violent clashes between the East and West Coasts -- but now, they've turned into YouTube bitchfests between a 50-year-old OG and 17-year-old kid.

Ice-T started the beef against the youngin, saying Soulja Boy's "Superman" is responsible for killing hip-hop and that he needs to "Eat a d**k" -- and it's been a long winded, insult-filled video rant back-and-forth ever since.

31. I love Soulja Boy! He is fresh, new and unlike anybody else. Ice T is old, worn out and should have better things to do than pick at a 17 year old who is livin his dream! Some say Ice T is a sell out because of his wife so maybe he should look at the mess he has going on in his life and leave Soulja Boy alone!!

32. Ice-T is too old to try to get in any kind of debate with soulja boy. I hsve not heard any rap music coming out of his mouth in years. He needs to tend to his trashy wife and let other people handle their own business. He is also not a good actor with his one liners on that cop show he is on. He's lucky he has a job.

41. What is Ice T known for. What song? Can anybody guess. All he know for is being wit white women and his lil ponytail. Just because ice t don't like Soulja Boy don't mean hip hop dead. ICE T. who are you. Just because you was alive when Hip Hop first was comin out don't mean you have the right to say hip hop is dead and what not. You on the Bull. Like Soulja said you should help him, be a mentor if you wanna judge people tryin to make it in the same industry you once was major in.

42. Come on Ice T! How are you going to say anything about this kid and the way he make his music! Let them kids do there thing man! I expected more from you, you being older and all! Give that young boy his props for making his money! If you dont have nothing nice to say dont say anything at all! This is why black people have such a hard time getting ahead! Like crabs in a bucket! Always trying to pull each other down! Now if it was the other way around you wouldnt like no old guy that has done has his time, dissin you about your music and how you do your thing! Man im suprise at you Ice! Come on man! Black people need to stop being so damn jealous of each other and try to help one another! Ice I seen you calm then young dudes down when they use to come at you wrong when you were coming up, and now you go and do this! This aint you man! Black people need to wake up! Man what is it people! Ice dont diss this young boy for doing his thing...help him man and if you dont like his music then keep it too yourself because there are a whole lot of people that do!!! So help dont hate!

43. Change is always painful especially when your older (for some). This is a new beginning for many hip hop heads. Musically and lyrically you can't continue to live in the past. The past should be used as a baseline for the future and of course if you don't know your past you don't know your future. There is a lot of uncertainly in the music business and the world, so just have lots of fun and make mad money. On one hand, I agree with Ice but Soulja Boy has created a model to make money. That model should be adapted by record companies and artists - and there wouldn't be an revenue issues nor layoffs with record companies folding.

44. it doesn't matter if ice-t and whoever else don't care for the hip hop game right now. times have changed and people like to have a good time and not be so serious all the time. so what if he made a dance song people liked it, hey even beyonce was doing the dance when she was on tour. you should be proud of a young black kid making money in a positive way which probably inspires others to do something positive with their life. i don't understand how the world works now days if he was doing something negative with his time then people would talk about that but he's not and people are still talking. its pretty much a lose lose situation, but i say hey let em hate, keep makin your money and stay grounded.

45. Rap is crap and all the people who are involved in it are crap too. Do all these black thugs constantly insult each other, fight and shoot each other? Does the black race do anything but this sort of thing?
