Malibu Surf & Turf War -- The Rematch

Private security was hired to patrol the beach where Matthew McConaughey surfs -- but that didn't stop another brutal beach beatdown from taking place yesterday between a band of violent locals and the paparazzi.

After a beachgoer chucked a beer bottle at one of the paps on the shore, an all-out brawl took place by the water -- ending with some badly busted-up faces and a lot of ruined camera equipment.

Though the L.A. County Sheriffs Department eventually showed up, no arrests were made.

4. BRAVO! May this be the start of many more beatings and ass kickings to come. If the law won't keep you parasites away then texas style justice will! Celebs are human too and deserve just as much privacy, respect and freedom as everyone else.

7. Ahhhh Cali police doing what they do best. *nothing*
It's illegal to drink on that beach but the police continue to ignore it.
That pap was pretty badly beaten but the cops continue to ignore the violent behavior
of these drunks.
How long until these drunks are attacking anyone not just paps that dare to step on their turf.
The police have already given them a loud and clear message that they are above the law.

So these paps showed up again in the same place they were attack two day ago. Probably to get footage of the violent ways they are treated just for "doing their job".
Most of us enjoy seeing them get the crap they deserve. I doubt you will get any sympathy if you keep printing these stories.

9. I find it humorous that the Paps showed up again, and thought nothing would happen. Unreal. ABout time some surfers played soccer with the paps and used them as the ball.

10. It's funny how tmz loves taking pictures of people fighting on the streets and not lending a hand to help or to break it up. But you guys are so ready to call the cops when your own a%ses are getting beat. LOL. Luv it. Round 3!!!!! Heck yeah baby!!!

12. "Band of violent locals"??? TMZ, how do you know they were locals? I've lived here for 20 years, and didn't recognize any of the "violents". Malibu has been packed with visitors this past week. Please don't try and give our local youths a bad name.

15. The paps totally went back looking for that fight this time! Screw them! The 1st time maybe the surfers were a bit out of control, but to go looking for a fight and then to be bummed when you have one, too bad!
