Soccer Legend Pele -- Burgled in Brazil!

He spent his entire career eluding men who were trying to dispossess him, but Pele apparently couldn't outrun a gang of robbers in his native Brazil.

Reports from Sao Paulo say that a ten-strong gang of thieves armed with guns and knives took Pele's gold necklace, a phone, and a watch during a traffic jam in Santos in the state of Sao Paulo. Soccer's greatest legend -- real name Edison Arantes do Nascimento -- wasn't hurt.

The incident occurred June 13, but was just made public ... by Pele himself.

6. Hey miss penny lane, forget george carlin whoever that is, Pele is one of the GREATEST soccer players in the world. He's a legend. Not george carlin. 7. Isso não é comum no Brasil , enfim ...não aconteceu nada graças a Deus e Pelé está bem. Sem dúvida alguma , ele é uma lenda no futebol brasileiro. É um exemplo para ótimos jogadores que temos.
