48. The chance of Britney getting 100% custody of the children is 1,000% greater than their father getting a job and stop hanging out with hookers. Good for Britney and her boys!! Britney has never intentionally harmed her children in any way. She is a loving mother and could have been a loving wife if it weren't for the piece of shiit sperm donor. 50. I'm saddened by this decision. I don't believe for a moment this is going to be without incident. Hopefully there will be plenty of supervision around. If we read bad news one day, I will lose all faith in the justice system. How can anyone believe that this will work out.

I hope that the overnight visitation will be completely supervised, like the visitation is now.

Britney has a lot to prove to the court that her sons can be safe around her, and frankly, that's all the court is concerned about. It is their duty to be certain that she does not harm them physically, emotionally or mentally.

Britney need not prove anything to the public - just to the court. They have ALL of the information of really happened. I also hope that if the conservatorship is ever ended, that she realizes that she has some very big problems, and learns to accept help for them.

57. I am glad she is getting through this....sadly though, this happens all to often. Everyday, Children are taken away from their parents due to negligence and abuse. Do they make it to the headlines? Nope. Only once the children are dead. All because she is a pop star, they have exploited the hell out of her. When all in all, it could be taken place at your neighbors. Maybe her situation will enlighten everyone on how this could happen to anyone.

Britney is mentally ill, but she does not realize that she is. She should be in a mental hospital where she could receive intensive mental health care and medication. Since she is an adult, this has been impossible to achieve by her family and friends. She just does not want to go to a mental hospital to get well, because she believes she is not ill. She has abused all kinds of drugs in an attempt to make herself feel normal.

None of this has worked for her, and the court knows this. Sean and Jayden, her little ones, have grown past the time when the important bonding with "mommy" has been long past. So sad. I hope those little guys turn out to be all right.

Brit looked good today....I just happened to be there, it's my job as an attorney, and I was a little surprised at how well she seemed...Brit is also larger as a person that I thought...no heavy, but rather she is simply not petite.
