25. I am NOT a DMX fan, but jailing someone for driving without a license... aren't our jails and prisons filled to over flowing now? Do we really need to imprison someone for failing to pay their driving tax that enables them to operate a vehicle?

28. "X" has some inner issues that he needs help resolving, it seems. All these arrests sound like a "cry for help". I feel for the man. People are real quick to beat people down without knowing all the facts or underlying issues that surround a person. It would be nice for a change, if people wouldn't be so quick to negatively judge an individual.
