Heather Locklear's checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona.
The actress' rep tells PEOPLE "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment."
As TMZ first reported, Heather's doctor called 911 back in March, concerned that she was suicidal.

50. I wish heather much love! But as a chick less fortunate, my HMO doesn't cover anxiety/depression. I wish locklear the best and hope that she brings to society the fact that many women feel the same dcepression/anxiety but cant help.

54. God she is so beautiful. The light is still in her eyes that you see in that of children. Yes, I know there is lighting and photoshop but her features are so natural without the big fake lips and botox brow.
Yes, Denise and her pathetic reality show where she talks crap about Heather probably did contribute to some of Heathers anxiety. And no Denise didn’t “steal” Richie. She manipulated him and Heather. I hope Hollywood executives ban denise from any of their sets. Heather is so loved and adored in Hollywood and across America.
Heather will always be famous for her acting.
Denise is famous for being a trainwreck.

56. Heather Locklear is part of the generation of celebrities who has class and is down-to-earth; many of the new celebs don't unfortunately. I've read somewhere that she is close with her family, who all live near her--hopefully that's true. She's still gorgeous, but so much emphasis is put on looks anymore it is ridiculous. She's 46 but still expected to look 22--it's impossible and crazy. People are not allowed to age anymore (I'm 46 and know). Many 22-year-olds would like to look like she does at 46.
Hopefully she will get well, put this behind her and get back home to her daughter soon.

57. I can't stand that people keep saying Denise stole Richie from Heather its so stupid. First off I am neither a Denise or Heather fan but some who follows the tabloids if anyone paid attention to the timeline Heather was dating David Spade way before Richie and Denise hooked up. I think the shock of it is that they were friends at one time and she got romantically involved with her former friends husband - nonetheless Denise Richards is still a gold digging whore who who has no career and made one from the tabloids. and too add to this does anyone see anything worng in thefact that Heather hooked up with Jack Wagner after being accused in the 90's of cheating with him while on Melrose? Being Richie was the one dumped, I'd be a little taken back that my wife went looking for someone she use to be hot and heavy with - that would make me wonder. Neither one of them are angels.... And I am sure Heather is just in need of therpay because she is getting old and can't cope with it and has way too much botox in those cheeks!
