The yentas at "The View" -- on a road trip to Vegas -- muzzled David Archuleta when he started defending his stage-dad from hell -- so they could question Jeff himself from the audience.

17. Can you now leave Jeff alone, TMZ? He's no daddy dearest. All you have to do is look at his son, who is always smiling and happy to know he doesn't have abusive parents. He's a loving parent who gave up his life to allow his son's dreams to come true. That's not a bad thing.

19. David Archuleta has talent but his talent is not exceptional. There are many other teens out there with equal or exceeding amounts of talent. David Archuleta has done well for himself due in part it seems to his overbearing and creepy father. I just hope that Jeff Archuleta is acting with David's best interests at heart and not his own. When I look at David and Jeff together, it get a very negative vibe, and I can't help but think that something isn't right at home.

20. Oh yeah, and for those who didn't know it. The name David Archuleta is an anagram for "Ha! A vile, curt Dad!" If you don't believe me, check it out yourself. Jeff Archuleta on the other hand forms the anagram, "Face hateful Jr." Could this portend what David really thinks of his father?

22. Even if he is a daddy dearest David will be eighteen years old soon so I do not think that it matters if jeff is a DaddY Dearest I am pretty sure that David could make it without his parents after his record deal and cd's start selling very well.

I am so so sorry that you truly cannot see David A's star quality and what makes his voice special/unique. Hopefully one day you will have to honor to see him perform in person and maybe you will feel the power from his voice that the rest of us do. You do not know what you are missing out on. Also David has made it clear in many interviews that his passion is music and he always looks for excuses to sing, even in everyday conversation. His Dad may he supporting him but it is David's desire alone that has made him come this far.
I think it is ironic that a lot of people who support David are who have studied music and voice.
Also the rumors that he was ban from Star Search are also FALSE! I still have no idea what Naomi Judd was talking about.

27. You know what I'm getting sick of always trying to defend Archuleta on this site. I just realized this morning that it is very clear that the devil himself had already gone through deep into the minds of the TMZ people so we just don't have anything to do about it anymore. Nothing can change their minds about Archuleta and so be it. Archuleta will not die or anything if TMZ wouldn't like him. It's not like TMZ is the biggest or best media out there. Archuleta doesn't need you TMZ, swallow that. If you want to hate him, then hate him, BUT when the time comes that Archuelta becomes fully famous and fully successful, I hope you don't go to him to try to win him back coz sad to say, he would most probably accept you guys since he is that good of a person. But I hope next time, whatever you're doing to this kid won't bite you in the ass in the near future.

28. TMZ, have you all heard of the word "karma"? It seems like you haven't so I'm going to try and explain that to you. "Do not do unto others what you do not want others to do unto you" BUT since you've already done a LOT of damaging and painful things to Archuleta and his family, I gotta say you guys should expect something bad happening to you guys here soon, whether to yourselves or to your family. Believe me, I had my fair share of bad karma and you know what, I've learned from it and won't do what I did ever again coz it was kind of traumatic to be honest with you. So TMZ people, with all the nasty things you've said and done about Archuleta and his dad, don't expect something sweet coming your way. Everthing has it's consequences although I have to say that you guys still have a bit of time to change yourselves. Change your attitude and be a positive vibe for this world. Do yourselves a favor, listen to me and believe in karma. I know that "TMZ Stuff" means it's more than one person so I would assume that more than one person here in TMZ hate David and his dad but I have to tell each and every one of you (you know who you are), stop it before it's too late. You may not love yourself coz there's not much things to love about yourself, but you gotta think about your family, like your kids, parents, etc. Think about them, do you want something like this be done and said about them? Think about it TMZ.
