19. I have actually had the unpleasant experience of meeting Miss Ross about 7 years ago when I was working front desk of a hotel. She had come into town and was going over her rooming list with me to make sure we both had the same number. I can honestly say she is the biggest bitch I've ever met. We were coming up with 2 different numbers and she stops and every so nicely says to me "Um sweetie are you really this stupid because you obviously don't know how to count" The thing is in the end she was the one wrong and never even apologized!

27. I know airline and airport service is bad and getting worse, but c'mon don't take your fiery anger out on the employees. Working at the the missing baggage department has to be the worst job at the airport.

A friend of mine is a flight attendant on American Airlines on the LAX-JFK bound flight and has had Ms. Ross on his flight a few times...He said that she is very pleasant as long as you keep her in a constant supply of vodka..she drinks it straight...I would have been very upset too if the airline lost my luggage...

30. #4, I thought it was Oprah at first too. With flight rates as high as they are now, am sure she expects them to do a much better job of tracking luggage then they have in the past.
